Learn how to navigate the IP Leasing Dashboard and manage your leased subnets in one place.
Overview
The IP Leasing Dashboard is your central hub for managing leased IP addresses on the IPXO Portal. From here, you can monitor active subnets, track payments, search for new leasing opportunities, manage DNS settings, and request subnets that aren't yet available on the marketplace — all from a single view.
To access the dashboard, log in to the IPXO Portal and click Leasing in the left sidebar.
Note: You must have Billing Read & Modify permissions to fully use the dashboard. With Billing Read permissions only, you can view the dashboard but cannot make payments. Follow the RBAC article to obtain the required permissions.

Dashboard at a Glance

The dashboard is made up of four key areas:
- 1 - Leased Subnets widget
Gives you an at-a-glance summary of your current subnet portfolio, including active subnets and their IP counts, monthly payment totals, custom commitments, and pending orders. - 2 - Don't Forget to Pay
Displays all outstanding payments across two tabs — Subnets and Orders. Click Pay now next to any item to settle it immediately. - 3 - Search Subnets
Takes you directly to the subnet marketplace. Use it to search for available IPv4 subnets by size, RIR, or country, and lease them in a few clicks. - 4 - ASN Assignment widget
Shows what percentage of your leased IPs are in use, broken down into Assigned to ASN and Not Assigned. Use this to quickly spot unused resources.
Subnet Pricing Overview
The Subnet Pricing Overview lets you compare current monthly prices across different subnet block sizes before you commit to a lease.
To access it, click Subnet Pricing Overview under Leasing in the left sidebar. Each row shows the subnet mask, the number of IPs in the block, and the monthly price per block and per IP. Click Find offers next to any size to jump directly to available listings for that block.

Leased Subnets
The Leased Subnets section gives you a detailed view of all your leased subnets and their current status. To access it, click Leased Subnets under Leasing in the left sidebar.

For each subnet you can see:
- Subnet - the IP block you are leasing.
- Assignments - whether the subnet has been assigned to an ASN.
- Subscription Status - the current status of the lease, such as Active or Pending.
- Price - the monthly cost of the leased subnet.
- Termination Date - the date the lease is set to end, if applicable.
You can filter subnets by service status, and export the full list to CSV for your records using the Export to CSV button. To order a new subnet directly from this page, click Order Subnet in the top right corner.
Note: If a payment fails, the subnet will be reserved temporarily and listed under Pending until the payment is completed or the order is cancelled automatically.
DNS Management
The DNS Management section allows you to add and manage nameservers for your leased subnets that have nameserver support enabled. To access it, click DNS Management under Leasing in the left sidebar.

For each eligible subnet you can configure either NS or PTR records. Note that NS and PTR management cannot be enabled simultaneously on the same subnet — you must choose one type per subnet.
Waiting List
The Waiting List allows you to request subnets that are not currently available on the IPXO marketplace. If you are looking for a specific subnet size, RIR, or region that you cannot find, you can add it to your waiting list and a saved search will be created to notify you when a matching subnet becomes available.

For each request you can see:
- Mask - the subnet size requested.
- RIR - the Regional Internet Registry for the requested subnet.
- Country - the preferred country for the subnet, if specified.
- Commitment time - the lease commitment period requested.
- Billing cycle - the preferred billing frequency.
- Max price per IP - the maximum price per IP you are willing to pay.
Click Saved Search next to any entry to jump to the marketplace with your filters pre-applied, so you can quickly check if a matching subnet has become available.
