- Company-level attributes
- Industry classification
- Country / region
- Account age
- Historical risk profile
- Network & service behavior
- Subnet usage patterns
- Historical abuse reports
- Blacklist exposure
- Operational behavior
- Service churn (terminations vs new orders)
- Repeated short-lived services
- Service churn (terminations vs new orders)
- Administrative & billing signals
- Payment reliability
- Failed or expiring payment methods
- Billing disputes or irregularities
Does the Company Health Score affect me?
Currently, the Company Health Score is informational only.
However, in the future, it will have the following effect:
- Companies with low Company Health Score may be eligible for customized/top-quality/early deals.
- High Company Health Score might affect accessibility to long-term (commitment) deals.
How can I improve my Company Health Score?
Score can be improved by:
- Ensuring all payments are made on time
- IPs are used in accordance with the Platform Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Maintaining good account behavior will improve your Company Health Score over time
What are the Company Health Score groups?
Scores are grouped into these ranges:
- Excellent Health (0%)
- Very Good Health (0% - 6%)
- Good Health (6% - 13%)
- Stable Health (13% - 39%)
- Reduced Health (39% - 59%)
- Low Health (59% - 100%)
