How to Start Using the IPXO Platform  

If you want to join the IPXO platform, you must register first. Start by entering your Work email and then click Sign up for free.   

Note: Please note that at the moment, only corporate emails are allowed to register.

Once you receive the Welcome to IPXO email containing One-Time Password (OTP) to validate your email address and enter the code, provide your user data:  

First name, Last name, and account Password.  

You will also need to mark if you would like to receive IPXO updates. Afterward, you need to verify your phone number via a phone call or SMS. Please make sure that your phone number is active and valid.

After you verify your phone number, Set up your company by first choosing What’s your primary use of IPXO.

Once you make your choice, fill in your Company Information, Contacts and Billing information. Everyone must provide this information before they can start using the platform.   

How to Lease IPs From the IPXO Platform

While your Company verification is in progress, you will see a notification prompting you to verify your business and abuse emails.    

When you finish your company’s registration, your company must be confirmed by IPXO’s Customer Support. Until it’s done, you can explore IPXO Platform and once your company’s confirmed – you can start leasing IPs.   

Note: It’s important to add your payment information after these steps, otherwise your account can get suspended.  

To add a payment method, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and then select Settings & Billings > Billing > Payment Methods to access your options. You can also browse IPXO's Payout and Billing Information guides for additional information.

To start: 

  1. In the menu on the left, click Leasing -> Find Subnets to Lease.

Search for a desired IP block. You can search by: 

  • Subnet size 
  • RIR (Regional Internet Registry),  
  • Monthly price  
  • Use other Advanced filters such as Location or City, and search using Reservation ID or specific octets 

Once you set the IPv4 specifications, click Search. 

Note: If you are looking for very specific subnets and cannot find them, you can click on Waiting List, select Add Subnets and join the IPXO’s Waiting List.

  1. The available subnets list based on your criteria will be returned. In the same window, you can also see the geolocation of each IP block by clicking on View Data. 
  1. After reviewing the options, choose the subnets you want. They will be reserved for 20 minutes. Click Continue: Review Order and complete the purchase if you wish to pay for the selected subnets. 
  1. To access the list of subnets you have leased, click Leasing > Leased Subnets at the top. This list provides such vital information as the leased subnet’s expiration date, price and status.   
  1. There, you can perform actions with you newly-leased subnet, for example, assign it to you infrastructure. 

Note: Do not forget to assign the leased subnet to an ASN (Autonomous System Number); otherwise, you will not be able to use this subnet.
